Accessibility arrangements in the organization
At Shuttr, we are committed to making our products and services accessible to all customers. While our business operates from a warehouse location, we aim to provide a comfortable and accessible experience for all visitors.
Physical Location Access
-
Our premises are located at a warehouse facility with off-street parking available directly in front of the building.
-
There is no designated disabled parking bay, however space is available for convenient vehicle access and drop-off.
-
Entry to the warehouse is via a ground-level roller door or standard single door, both of which are at ground level with no stairs or steps.
Public Transport Access
-
Please note that public transportation access is limited in the immediate area. We recommend driving or using a rideshare/taxi service for ease of access.
Accessibility Arrangements On-Site
-
The premises are flat and open, suitable for those with limited mobility.
-
While we do not currently have accessible toilets or ramps, we are happy to provide service outside or at your vehicle if access inside is difficult.
-
Staff are available to assist with loading or transporting materials as required.
Additional Support
-
We welcome customers to contact us in advance if any specific accessibility needs or support are required.

Home consultations are also available for those who cannot access our warehouse location.
